HIV Test
HIV-1&2 Test is a rapid test based upon the principle of immuno-chromatography for the qualitative and differential detection of HIV-1&2 antibodies (IgM/IgG/IgA) in human serum / plasma. Each test card contains a strip composed of sample pad, conjugate pad, nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent pad. When an adequate volume of specimen is dispensed along with assay buffer into the sample well of the test device over the sample pad, the specimen migrates immuno-chromatographically by capillary action across the nitro cellulose membrane along with complex of colloidal gold conjugate with HIV antibody present in the specimen. Appearance of pink / purple lines at test line regions ‘T1 OR T2’ in addition to pink / purple line at control line region ‘C’, indicates that specimen has detectable level of antibodies and shall be considered reactive for HIV-1& HIV-2. Highly sensitive, specific and reliable test, packed individually. It has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-40°C under sealed conditions away from the direct sunlight.
HIV Antibody Test-POCT

Each test card contains a strip composed of sample pad, conjugate pad, nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent pad. HIV Ag+Ab Test is a 4th generation rapid test based upon the immuno-chromatography principle for the qualitative and differential detection of HIV antigen and HIV-1&2 antibodies (IgM/IgG/IgA) in human whole blood /serum / plasma. Each test card contains a strip composed of sample pad, conjugate pad, nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent pad. When an adequate volume of specimen is dispensed along with assay buffer into the sample well of the test device over the sample pad, the specimen migrates immuno-chromatographically by capillary action across the nitro cellulose membrane along with complex of colloidal gold conjugate with HIV antigen & antibody present in the specimen. HIV Ag+Ab test (POCT)
HIV Ag+Ab Test is a 4th generation point of care rapid test based upon the immuno-chromatography principle for the qualitative and differential detection of HIV antigen and HIV-1&2 antibodies (IgM/IgG/IgA) in human whole blood. Each pack contains a test card, specimen application dropper, assay buffer vial, IPA swab, safety lancet and instruction for use. HIV Ag+Ab Test is a highly sensitive, specific and reliable test for point of care / self-testing of HIV. It is a screening test and more advanced tests must be used if any discrepancy or confirmation is required. It has shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacturing if stored at 2-40°C under sealed conditions away from the direct sunlight
