ASO

The specimen containing ASO, after mixing with latex reagents, showed a positive test result. If ASO is absent, there will be no agglutination, which is a negative test result.

The specimen containing CRP was mixed with latex reagent agglutinates, showing positive test results. If CRP is absent, there will be no agglutination, indicating a negative test result.

Widal
Kit for the qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of antibodies to Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi in human serum. This is for professional use only. S. typhi or S. paratyphi antibodies present in the serum specimen react with the corresponding bacterial antigens to produce agglutination, which indicates a positive test result. If antibodies are absent in the specimen and no agglutination is observed, this means a negative test result.
